Connie BOTTOLFSEN LOFTUS sent this photo which was found in a box of photographs belonging to John SANDVOLD. The SANDVOLDs were neighbors of a DEHLI family who lived in Taylor and Lafayette Township, Allamakee County, Iowa. The woman in the photograph is thought to be a DEHLI family member.
