This photograph was contributed by Harry HOWETH of Lewes, Delaware. It is from
a collection of photos from the Eastern Shore of Maryland. There is a name
written on top of the photograph, W. Ogborn LYNCH. The young man appears to be
in a WWI army uniform and the photo was probably taken circa 1915-1920.
Harry notes that the most prevalent surnames other than LYNCH are HOWETH and
NICHOLS. The NICHOLS being from Federalsburg, Caroline County, Maryland. The
HOWETHS from Hurlock, Dorchester County, Maryland. If this young man has any
descendants, Harry would like for them to have the actual photo.
