Trying to locate these Richter children from New Jersey and Texas

Melnik HAVA sent this nice photo in the hope of locating these RICHTER children. Melnik writes:

"The woman was Elisabeth RICHTER. She was married to Gerald RICHTER...my mother's uncle. He came to the USA about 1933 from Germany. He was the son of Otto and Ana RICHTER. The children are Harvey, Irene and Charlotte (the youngest). I think they lived for awhile in New Jersey. I found...Gerald and Elizabeth RICHTER buried in a cemetery in Texas."
