Who were Seppl (Joseph), Gini, Marlin and Peter?

Could "Seppl" be Joseph Frank RICHTER who married Franziska "Fanny" WEISS at Königsee on July 30, 1906? The RICHTERs came to the USA in 1908 with their oldest son, Oscar.
